On our way back from the beach last weekend, we made a stopover in Clarksdale, MS- home of the Delta blues, Morgan Freeman, and most importantly, Brandon's grandma. I had never even been there before, so it was great to visit her home and her town. We had such a great weekend with her and Max, and I was sad we didn't have a little longer to be with them. So if you haven't read this book, you should. It's great. And it just so happened that a lot of the filming for the movie was in downtown Clarksdale. Here are a few pics of that...

Looks like you've had a fun and busy month. I haven't read The Help, but it's definitely on my list. I've heard it's great. I like the picture of "The Jackson Journal" even though I don't know what it has to do with the book. I'll just pretend you took it for us. :o)
